Short bio:

Co-director of Trento LawTech Group, is Associate Professor of Comparative Private Law at University of Trento, Faculty of Law, where he teaches Civil Law, Comparative Intellectual Property Law, Comparative Privacy Law, CopyrightX Trento. He is author and editor of publications in the field of Intellectual Property, Privacy, Contract Law and Tort Law. He is President Asssociazione Italiana per la promozione della Scienza Aperta [AISA], and Associate member of the CIPP, McGill University, Faculty of Law (Montréal).
