Short bio:

Full professor of Comparative Private Law, University of Bologna, Visiting Professor at the China University of Political Sciences and Law, Beijing. She has been coordinating several international research and cooperation networks and currently coordinates the Unit of Bologna of the Jean Monnet Network on EU-China Legal and Judicial Cooperation (EUPLANT). She is member of the Board of the Italian Association for the Research on Comparative law and member of the International Academy of Comparative Law.
